We are working closely with all major shipping carriers on arrival times and expectations. There have been delays in transit times as a result of their staffing challenges. We are seeing intermittent capacity constraints from carriers, and thus some carriers are running behind even after pickup. As a result, you may see some delays in tracking updates even after the packages have been picked up from Jolicoeur's distribution center. We will update you immediately upon official word from each respective carrier.
We love our staff and want to make sure their needs are properly met. As the Covid-19 situation progresses, we are allowing our staff to take adequate paid time off to cope with related stress/ illness or family issues. As a result, our customer service team is also experiencing slight delays in their response time. We appreciate your patience while our dedicated support team devotes countless hours into handling your inquiries. We will respond to and resolve every inquiry. So please do not worry!
