Shipping Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers are able to cancel their orders within the first 30 minutes of having placed it. After this period, orders cannot be canceled. If you placed an order anytime on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am to 8pm EST, you will not be able to cancel your order within the first 30 minutes of having placed it. Orders generally start processing after the first 30 minutes. To avoid any issues, please make sure that you are 100% certain of your order before placing it!

If you would like to cancel your order, please visit your account page, log in and click the "Edit or Cancel" option. 

If you would like to have a refund on an order that is currently being processed or is in transit to you, you must refuse the parcel during the delivery attempt, or send the parcel back to us. Refunds for order cancellations done in this manner will follow the normal return procedure as outlined in our returns policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing generally takes 2 to 5 business days. No orders are processed on the weekend. If you would like expedited (or same day) processing and delivery, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge. Next day delivery orders are only processed on the same day if submitted before 1:00 pm. 

ARRIVAL TIME

Arrival time with the FREE shipping option is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge. Due to delays that USPS occasionally experiences, arrival time is not guaranteed for parcels shipped via USPS standard (first class) international or domestic mail. For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority will arrive in approximately 2 days. Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 3-5 days. Arrival times on international parcels shipped standard mail via USPS vary. USPS cannot certify that they will arrive within the specified period of time due to customs processing times.

 

 

RETURNED MAIL

Any and all parcels that are returned to us by USPS for any reason will be resent back to the recipient at no additional cost. If a parcel is returned to us by DHL or any other carrier, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee. If the recipient no longer wishes to receive their parcel, we will issue the recipient a refund minus the original shipping cost as well as a 15% restocking fee (this fee will be used to cover any and all fees associated with the return). This 15% restocking fee applies to all returned mail, regardless of the carrier.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. We cannot guarantee arrival times on parcels being shipped using first class international mail (7- 21 day international shipping) or by the standard priority mail option. Customs processing times, as well as foreign shipping delays can all slow down the shipping process. For a guaranteed arrival time, please upgrade your shipping option to DHL. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund (refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fees and are subject to a 15% restocking fee). 

  

SECURITY CONFIRMATION

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:

  • Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider
  • Shipping address is different from billing address
  • Order total is greater than a designated value.
