Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. ------------------------------- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ---------------------------------- Return Procedure: To request a return, go to the main page of our website and click on the link in the footer of the page that says "Return Center". Please follow the prompts listed on the page. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A restocking fee of 15% is applied to every refund issued. This is non-negotiable. Returns can take up to two weeks to process after they are received. ---------------------------------- WARNING: Please do not send your purchase back to us without receiving a return authorization. Do not send parcels back to us using the return address on our boxes. This address is not a valid mailing address and any mail sent there may be lost. If you do send your parcel to the address listed on our shipping box, the parcel may NOT be received by us and your return may NOT be eligible for a refund. If you send your parcel to us without a return authorization form, your return may NOT be accepted.
If you would like to exchange your unopened product for a new item, please go to the main page of our website and click on the link in the footer of the page that says "Return Center". Please follow the prompts listed on the page. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Any and all USA parcels that are returned to us by USPS or any of our other carriers for any reason will be resent back to the recipient at no additional cost. If the recipient no longer wishes to receive their parcel, we will issue the recipient a refund minus the original shipping cost. If the item is sent back via USPS, an additional 15% restocking fee will be applied (this fee will be used to cover any and all fees associated with parcel). Other carriers tend to charge a return mail fee calculated on a case by case basis. If the item is sent back VIA any other carrier, the calculated return mail fee will be deducted from any refunds given.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Refunds for international buyers are issued in the current currency conversion rate of the moment. We do not issue refunds on opened products. Occasionally, depending on the situation, we may give store credit for purchases of opened items. This is done under very special circumstances. We cannot issue refunds to clients who have had a negative reaction to our products. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that they are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredients in our products. We provide concise ingredients lists for all of our products on every product page. Jolicoeur Skincare is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs. --------------------------------- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND? Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@jolicoeurskincare.com. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Customers are able to cancel their orders within the first 30 minutes of having placed it. After this period, orders cannot be canceled. If you placed an order anytime on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am to 6pm EST, you will not be able to cancel your order within the first 30 minutes of having placed it. Orders generally start processing after the first 30 minutes. If you would like to cancel your order, please visit your account page, log in and click the "Edit or Cancel" option. If you would like to have a refund on an order that is currently being processed or is in transit to you, you must refuse the parcel during the delivery attempt, or send the parcel back to us. Refunds for Order cancellations done in this manner will follow the normal return procedure as outlined in our returns policy.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing generally takes 1 business day (excluding major holidays). No orders are processed on the weekend.
ARRIVAL TIME
USA bound orders shipped to major metropolitan areas via Standard Shipping will arrive in approximately 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped to areas outside major metropolitan areas will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days. Arrival times on international parcels shipped standard mail via USPS vary. USPS cannot certify that they will arrive within the specified period of time due to customs processing times.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. We cannot guarantee arrival times on parcels being shipped using first class international mail (7- 21 day international shipping) or by the standard priority mail option. Customs processing times, as well as foreign shipping delays can all slow down the shipping process. For a guaranteed arrival time, please upgrade your shipping option to DHL.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund (refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fees and are subject to a 15% restocking fee).

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.
Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:
